I’m in the process of creating a new vision board, my heart and spirit is nudging me to push forward. I can’t wait to see what comes out of it and share with you all!
Here you will find my vision board process : and it goes something like this- I begin with a blank slate, I have no expectations… I don’t know where I’m going to go with it, all I do know is the many thoughts that runs through my head nudging me from my heart whether they’re conscious or subconscious thoughts, begins to surface.
Magazines from my neighbours and a small box of some clippings I’ve been collecting.
These thoughts are my feelings of a deep desire of what I want, of all that I love and truly aspire to achieve. I know for a fact that I want to achieve something that is truly my own, that makes me feel on purpose, that is something that I really really care about, a passion for truth and discovery. The process in itself is a gateway of self discovery …. an attempt to capture deep rooted messages from my heart and soul.
So many clippings, I’m going to filter through them later.
It’s not till I start flipping through magazines when certain words start jumping out at me, awakening my inner curiosity and aspirations. Words I felt drawn to were like: you got this and the time is now and higher levels and create a life that makes you happy! Oh Yes please! I totally resonate with those vibes!
I gravitate to the cuttings that are in different fonts, colors and shapes, I cut them out and I put them in a shoe box and I continue collecting and saving for when I have time to arrange them.
Im taking my time.
I ask myself, what is it that I’m truly focussing on? The answer comes to me- to a create a business so that I can offer my customers an experience they won’t forget. I want to create a sustainable business, I want to create space to facilitate positive change, an opportunity to get you plugged in to your higher power and develop a fully supplied vision board kit that you will fall in love with.
Now that I said it out loud, sharing it with you and stepping out of my comfort zone I can feel the Magic happening already. I feel vulnerable but I feel strong sharing it with you.
Okay, this is what I’ve got and I love it! It says everything to me, it’s about a new establishment coming straight to you! Its going to be here in Vancouver and it’s going to be amazing. I see a Vision Board kit in the making especially for you. A marketplace, a next level. OMG, I have goosebumps!
At last my hearts desire.
I don’t have to worry about my outcome, no one is judging me, there is no test, there’s no one right way to do this, whatever happens happens.
Yet, I am certain of good to come my way as I am creating an energy to resonate at and that energy is part of the secret to manifestation. I can see it now!
I will look back at the vision board a week later, a month later, even years later and say to myself ‘oh wow, that’s what that image is all about!?‘ realizing there are deeper layers to my creation. Why? Because sometimes our spirit and our heart speaks to us and we’re not listening we’re not paying attention but visions brought out and put out in front of us on paper is a way of getting our attention. Its very powerful and as we become guided by our personal loving forces the energy shifts. I begin to see the signs. For me, I believe in my team of light are always present guiding me. I’m certain of it.
Viola! My Masterpiece! I added a string of LED lights around the edge to illuminate my dreams!
I may also find years later on my vision board there may be something particular or peculiar about one of the elements I placed on there that’d in fact played a substantial role in my life. It may have governed me in the direction that I needed to go and here I am!
I wrote this a week ago but posting today and here it is! I was surprised that I chose more words than images on my board and that’s OK!

In addition to a canvas board, glue, scissors, images, and powerful words, I have also added the following: glitter pens, a couple LED tea light candles fir serenity, and string lights with clips to decorate your board, a journal to keep your thoughts as you navigate your path to positive change, stickers for fun, sparkles of course, lavender pouch for grounding and more. We will harness our creative energy, step out of our comfort zone and conclude with a powerful affirmation activity.
💜 Day Two: This day is all about hands-on exploration and expression. We’ll transform our dreams and aspirations into reality through cutting, crafting, and creating with a variety of art supplies. Participants get focussed and into the zone as they begin to unveil and release their creative infinite possibilities of their lives.
💜 Future outcome: By the end of this workshop, we will share our insights, leaving with a sense of completion and inspiration as we prepare to embrace our visions for the future.
While the workshop can be condensed into a single day, I highly recommend spreading it over two days to allow ample time for processing. Participants will leave with affirmations designed to activate and inspire their personal journeys. On Day Two, we will reconvene to share our experiences and reflect on how the affirmations impacted us.
These group sessions will foster a sense of community, as participants realize they are not alone in their journeys. Hearing from one another can be uplifting and validating, reinforcing that we are all in this together. This collective support creates a powerful environment for positive change, reminding us that the blessings of wealth and success are not reserved for a select few; they are meant for everyone!

What a lovely start to the year, I can definitely say my year started off with empowering visions of abundance as I completed my community project and had an exceptionally amazing time facilitating a group of lovely enthusiastic, open minded, open hearted group at my recent vision board workshop. The energy was high, the vibrations were so positive, laughter and tears of joy and enlightenment filled the room. Time passed so quickly -just not enough time to do all that we wanted to do as there was so much to share; not just from me but from everyone as well. I’m always learning from community, their stories and dreams shared with each other touched my heart with grace. There were community members of all ages from a variety of cultural groups. The diversity and experiences brought into the room created a deep rooted memorable experience right from the start!
Thank you Britannia Community Centre for hosting space and thankful for the Neighbourhood Small Grant for the resource to make it possible. And, most of all, I want to thank the people! Its all about the people in the community, I love you all so much, I just can’t wait to get together again! Oh yes, I feel that the workshop definitely needs more time, a two day session where on day one we work on opening up our hearts and minds to accepting the good things in our lives, to allow ourselves to believe we are worthy of happiness and rightfully so. Diminish negative thoughts and learn the best practice of positive change which takes focus on what we do want rather than what we don’t want. A mindful approach indeed.
On day two or part two we will allow our creative spirit to guide us with the assembling of the vision board which takes time as we fall into a state of self guidance allowing our hearts to speak to us through the activity itself. A transformative two-day session connecting to our higher power, ready to embrace our vision of positive change to a better version of ourselves.
I love the saying ” you cant go back and change the beginning but you can start right now and change what the ending will look like” in other words there is no better time than the now to make change. Lets get together and create a world of change to better ourselves, and in turn, better mankind in all. I am a strong believer all is possible… always!

As I sit here journaling watching the sun majestically setting down, I think to myself how I would love to share my thoughts with you again. I was away, I thought I would have come back sooner… I thought about blogging constantly, perhaps I was reluctant to come back after such a long period of time feeling vulnerable. But I don’t worry about that now, I am who I am and an example of showing bravery and courage.
The pandemic, the passing of my adorable mother and then to be forced to move from a community that I loved for 30 years impacted my health…. in spite of believing I was invincible! I know better now.
I regained my health, thanks to my wise naturopath, ( more about her later) and settled in my new home which is more than I had envisioned and dreamt about in its most simplest way, ( also more about that later ) and finally now, I am back!
I want you all to know that I still have more than ever a profound passion for facilitating positive change and empowering others and I’m dedicated to facilitating positive change in our lives and communities. My journey is fueled by a deep passion for helping others discover their potential and transcend their limitations.
As a facilitator, each of my sessions, my connection with community is an opportunity for me to practice what I advocate- it comes naturally. I believe in the power of mindset and the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones. It’s here, in the realm of risk-taking, its in the here and now that transformation occurs and the magic happens. I guarantee it!
I am passionate about nurturing self-belief, encouraging us to focus on what we can achieve rather than what we can’t. The secret to our success lies in our faith—in ourselves, our dreams, and our ability to manifest our visions into reality.
I aim to plant the seeds of possibility and guide others in their journey to bring their goals and dreams to life. Together, let’s unlock our potential and create the lives we envision. We have the power to do so!
I’m offering my experience to guide or enlighten community in hopes that it will shine a light on any doubt that occurs in our day to day lives. To continue to fuel the butterfly effect… generating common ground to lift each other up!
Just writing this at this moment has already lifted me up knowing that I can contribute to humanity in my way. I’m aiming for my efforts to circle back and lift you up, too..

Oh those subtle things in life, the little things that matter and makes an impact on our existence. I found this poem Believe In Yourself in a tucked away box of trinkets and memories. As I pulled this poem out I remembered the day my sweet loving mother gave it to me… I think I was in my late teens maybe early twenties. As the memory began to surface a deep sense of love swept over me because on that day when I read the words it resonated deep in me, it was like a moment of awe… an inspiration spark of hope that everything is going to be okay, its going to turn out, keep on reaching for your dreams.
My message of today is to share with others your most precious moment that gave you strength and lift you. I share this poem to you and you can move it forward on to someone dear to you, it doesn’t matter how young or old. You never know when such a gesture can change a persons life in a positive way. My mother is still as impact full today as she was then. Thanks mom for always believing in me. You are awesome and indeed one of a kind, I love you♥
