I’m in the process of creating a new vision board, my heart and spirit is nudging me to push forward. I can’t wait to see what comes out of it and share with you all!
Here you will find my vision board process : and it goes something like this- I begin with a blank slate, I have no expectations… I don’t know where I’m going to go with it, all I do know is the many thoughts that runs through my head prompting me from my heart whether they’re conscious or subconscious thoughts, begins to surface.
These thoughts are my feelings of a deep desire of what I want, of all that I love and truly aspire to achieve. I know for a fact that I want to achieve something that is truly my own, that makes me feel on purpose, that is something that I really really care about, a passion for truth and discovery. The process in itself is a gateway of self discovery …. an attempt to capture deep rooted messages from my heart and soul.
It’s not till I start flipping through magazines when certain words start jumping out at me, awakening my inner curiosity and aspirations. Words I felt drawn to were like: you got this and the time is now and higher levels and create a life that makes you happy! Yes please! I totally resonate with those vibes.
I gravitate to the cuttings that are in different fonts, colors and shapes, I cut them out and I put them in a shoe box and I continue collecting and saving for when I have time to arrange them.
I ask myself, what is it that I’m truly focussing on? The answer comes to me- to a create a business so that I can offer my customers an experience they won’t forget. I want to create a sustainable business, I want to create space to facilitate positive change, an opportunity to get you plugged in to your higher power and develop a fully supplied vision board kit that you will fall in love with.
Now that I said it out loud, sharing it with you and stepping out of my comfort zone I can feel the Magic happening already. I feel vulnerable but I feel strong sharing it with you.
Okay, this is what I’ve got and I love it! It says everything to me, it’s about a new establishment coming straight to you! Its going to be here in Vancouver and it’s going to be amazing. I see a Vision Board kit in the making especially for you. No doubt I put other messages on my board that I’m not quite sure what it’s about but as always, just like my previous vision boards, it will speak to me. I will discover more of my truth.
I don’t have to worry about my outcome, no one is judging me, there is no test, there’s no one right way to do this, whatever happens happens.
Yet, I am certain of good to come my way as I am creating an energy to resonate at and that energy is part of the secret to manifestation.
I will look back at the vision board a week later, a month later, even years later and say to myself ‘oh wow, that’s what that image is all about’ realizing there are deeper layers to my creation. Why? Because sometimes our spirit and our heart speaks to us and we’re not listening we’re not paying attention but visions brought out and put out in front of us on paper is a way of getting our attention. Its very powerful and as we become guided by our personal loving forces the energy shifts. I begin to see the signs. For me, I believe in my team of light are always present guiding me. I’m certain of it.
I added LED string lights around the border to illuminate my dreams.
I may find years later on my vision board there may be something particular or peculiar about one of the elements I placed on there that’d in fact played a substantial role in my life. It may have governed me in the direction that I needed to go and here I am!
Understand that vision boards are not only about what it is we want to achieve or obtain, it’s also about what we don’t want. Often we may find ourselves putting something on that board that we want to clear away and you will be surprised perhaps because at first you didn’t understand what it was about. But leaning towards the positive side and understanding that what we place on there gives us power, it gives us permission to take the steps forward, to get to where we want to get to. And why shouldn’t we get to where we want to get to? After all we are wonderful amazing spectacular fantastic spirited beings and we have all it takes to be loving, wealthy, successful, healthy, compassionate and caring human beings. We are no different than any other persons on this earth and believe me you do not have to think alike in order to be liked.
How many people on this planet are actually not of the same but quite different from each other and each very successful. So remember the first step to “success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it” quoted by the famous and historical Angela Mayan. I wonder what her vision board would have looked like?

It took me longer than expected to find the words to reflect the value of my work. I wanted it to be as authentic as possible with images and phrases snipped out of magazine that resonates my desires and passion for you to reach a place of awakening.
This newspaper clipping saved from decades ago just about explains it all! It makes me think of just how Women are indeed one… yes, one of a kind! Mankind had us believing we are a separate entity from the whole, incomplete and lesser without the other half. But, we know that not only are we complete, all powerful, and perfect just as we are, we are also the new force and voice of our times!
Valentine Day is my favourite time of year, It’s an opportunity to share a piece of our heart in so many ways. May it be chocolates for the office or that one person we think about all the time. How about hugging our daughters and sons and lovely grandchildren which I cannot resist. Tell them they are perfect just the way they are, say I love you, say I care. It’s not too late. Our partners, friends, neighbours, sweethearts, and especially out Mama’s. Just show love, one way or another it will be received for it is all we need!
I was looking for inspiration and spotted this coaster in the free room just when I needed it most. The more I think about those words the more it makes sense to me. I read it over and over again and I find myself concreting my dreams…feeling it as if it is my reality. It’s not hard to do and it feels right. You just have to allow it to feel real. Imagine your mind allowing yourself to dream to a point of no return, it feels awkward but eventually you feel this excitement and your stomach begin to have butterfly feelings. It is as if you can hardly stand the possibilities of your dream to actually come true! And, if it does, you know you can hardly sustain yourself from the happiness. Does this seem unrealistic?
