Make That Promise

Gratitudes

Start your new beginnings this spring with making a promise to yourself. Write out things you want to change. Think about the things you want to shift in a positive way and write it out in a way that brings you feelings of love, happiness and safety. List the things that you love, list them all, don’t be shy, don’t be afraid. You are safe with you.

What do you love?

Do you love your coffee in the morning, do you love the birds singing, do you love your plants, your books, do you love finding books, new books? Do you love clothes, old clothes, vintage clothes, do you love to go to the theatre, movies, pantos, draw, sing? Do you love events, sport games, community? Do you love wealth, success, laughter health? Do you love your family, your children, your husband, your partner, your friends, your colleagues? Do you love to travel, ride your bike, catch a sunset or a falling star? Do you love to read, learn, educate? Do you love the silence, a peace of mind? Do you love your own company?

Write it down… no one else is reading it but you.

Beautiful, you just simply listed out your gratitudes! I believe that ought to make us grateful for our life. The simple things are there all around us to notice our love from our hearts is our gratitudes in motion. Now take action and continue following your heart and watch your world unfold towards a guided life. Stay true to yourself and claim all the love you have for life. Remember to say each morning your gratitude for your life, your breath, your power. Make that promise!
