I’m in the process of creating a new vision board, my heart and spirit is nudging me to push forward. I can’t wait to see what comes out of it and share with you all!
Here you will find my vision board process : and it goes something like this- I begin with a blank slate, I have no expectations… I don’t know where I’m going to go with it, all I do know is the many thoughts that runs through my head nudging me from my heart whether they’re conscious or subconscious thoughts, begins to surface.
Magazines from my neighbours and a small box of some clippings I’ve been collecting.
These thoughts are my feelings of a deep desire of what I want, of all that I love and truly aspire to achieve. I know for a fact that I want to achieve something that is truly my own, that makes me feel on purpose, that is something that I really really care about, a passion for truth and discovery. The process in itself is a gateway of self discovery …. an attempt to capture deep rooted messages from my heart and soul.
So many clippings, I’m going to filter through them later.
It’s not till I start flipping through magazines when certain words start jumping out at me, awakening my inner curiosity and aspirations. Words I felt drawn to were like: you got this and the time is now and higher levels and create a life that makes you happy! Oh Yes please! I totally resonate with those vibes!
I gravitate to the cuttings that are in different fonts, colors and shapes, I cut them out and I put them in a shoe box and I continue collecting and saving for when I have time to arrange them.
Im taking my time.
I ask myself, what is it that I’m truly focussing on? The answer comes to me- to a create a business so that I can offer my customers an experience they won’t forget. I want to create a sustainable business, I want to create space to facilitate positive change, an opportunity to get you plugged in to your higher power and develop a fully supplied vision board kit that you will fall in love with.
Now that I said it out loud, sharing it with you and stepping out of my comfort zone I can feel the Magic happening already. I feel vulnerable but I feel strong sharing it with you.
Okay, this is what I’ve got and I love it! It says everything to me, it’s about a new establishment coming straight to you! Its going to be here in Vancouver and it’s going to be amazing. I see a Vision Board kit in the making especially for you. A marketplace, a next level. OMG, I have goosebumps!
At last my hearts desire.
I don’t have to worry about my outcome, no one is judging me, there is no test, there’s no one right way to do this, whatever happens happens.
Yet, I am certain of good to come my way as I am creating an energy to resonate at and that energy is part of the secret to manifestation. I can see it now!
I will look back at the vision board a week later, a month later, even years later and say to myself ‘oh wow, that’s what that image is all about!?‘ realizing there are deeper layers to my creation. Why? Because sometimes our spirit and our heart speaks to us and we’re not listening we’re not paying attention but visions brought out and put out in front of us on paper is a way of getting our attention. Its very powerful and as we become guided by our personal loving forces the energy shifts. I begin to see the signs. For me, I believe in my team of light are always present guiding me. I’m certain of it.
Viola! My Masterpiece! I added a string of LED lights around the edge to illuminate my dreams!
I may also find years later on my vision board there may be something particular or peculiar about one of the elements I placed on there that’d in fact played a substantial role in my life. It may have governed me in the direction that I needed to go and here I am!
I wrote this a week ago but posting today and here it is! I was surprised that I chose more words than images on my board and that’s OK!

While the workshop can be condensed into a single day, I highly recommend spreading it over two days to allow ample time for processing. As I sit here journaling watching the sun majestically setting down, I think to myself how I would love to share my thoughts with you again. I was away, I thought I would have come back sooner… I thought about blogging constantly, perhaps I was reluctant to come back after such a long period of time feeling vulnerable. But I don’t worry about that now, I am who I am and an example of showing bravery and courage.
The pandemic, the passing of my adorable mother and then to be forced to move from a community that I loved for 30 years impacted my health…. in spite of believing I was invincible! I know better now.
I regained my health, thanks to my wise naturopath, ( more about her later) and settled in my new home which is more than I had envisioned and dreamt about in its most simplest way, ( also more about that later ) and finally now, I am back!
I want you all to know that I still have more than ever a profound passion for facilitating positive change and empowering others and I’m dedicated to facilitating positive change in our lives and communities. My journey is fueled by a deep passion for helping others discover their potential and transcend their limitations.
As a facilitator, each of my sessions, my connection with community is an opportunity for me to practice what I advocate- it comes naturally. I believe in the power of mindset and the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones. It’s here, in the realm of risk-taking, its in the here and now that transformation occurs and the magic happens. I guarantee it!

2022, I plan to continue living a resilient life, acting on acts of kindness and a daily gentle reminder of all the reasons to be grateful. I will be aware of my presence, follow my heart and listen to what my heart desires with healthy boundaries. I will do my best to be my best and continue to make room in my day to day consciousness to do better in all aspects.
If I can accomplish the slightest in all those areas then I’m doing okay. Oh yes, and to remember to be gentle to myself and if I stray away from my goals, my vision for myself? … well…I will get back on track and persue the plan to manifest the day to day purposeful life as best I can.
I will remember, my very existence is the precious deal! Fortune to be given the ticket to walk this earth! I will continue to make the best of it! I value change and the opportunity to make change and know it’s inevitable and that’s okay because Twenty Twenty Two, here I am!

It’s taken me two years to post this. I kept it in draft all this time ignoring it. I now feel it’s a safe space among us bloggers and readers to post. There is nothing to hide.
I was standing at a bus stop holding my face up to the sun thinking about current relations in my life when suddenly I realized just how many events and experiences in my life have been kept a secret! How many relationships held a secret in one way or another. I was standing there just floored by the sudden thought… the pattern just never occurred to me.
Especially men, my fathers violence towards my mother, my suppressed marriage, my first new relationship after ending a 16 year marriage, and finally my new found love and discovering his addiction to alcohol that regrettably took his life 15 years ago.
Secrets kept are not healthy, when secrets are held within they will begin to simmer, then boil and gradually overflow or explode and thats when it becomes dangerous. There is resentment, grudges and hateful feelings not only to the significant other you are keeping the secret about but to your precious self as well. There will be damage. It’s destructive. You can’t stay boxed in holding on to the secret, because to suppress your feelings and not let your feelings be told only turns negative itself and creates a weakness. One way or another you will be affected. The positive side to this cause and effect is if you catch it in time you can rebel and reveal the truth, reconcile in time before there is too much damage done. You can break away from the solitude, it won’t be easy, their will be challenges but in the long run you will be set free!
Set yourself free!
I’m unlocking one more secret….after all secrets of love is not meant to be hidden only celebrated. I have to make a choice. I’m beginning to feel the freedom.
I am strong, I can do this.

Since I made this last vision board for myself, many life changes have happened. I’m now planning my next one. Each time I create, it opens more paths for me to follow or pursue or contemplate. It’s not always an easy road to my new ventures and endeavours but certainly humbling.
Each time I create I feel more and more significant and believe I have a mission to follow my vocation and contribute to helping people and lead myself and others to develop a better world, a better life.
Each vision board I create I wake up to a new perspective. This is the spiritual growth I anticipate. I know now and convinced the universe does have my back! (Thank you Gabriel Bernstein for your recent book). I’m moving forward now with higher insights. A new vision board in the making! A shift is about to happen!
May you feel the universe tug at your spirit and discover your peace and path to enlightenment.

Love grows one step at a time. Love is an energy that provides us opportunities to do better, to learn from our mistakes, to understand our pain, heal and supports us to carry on. It’s love’s energy that labours at all our endeavours and challenges and like a stairway to a higher understanding awaits for us to reach out to it but it takes patience, awareness and mindfulness. We can achieve all we aspire with love as our foundation. Know that love is always there for us, around us, surrounds us, and grows through our lifetime one step at at time.

We all have needs, desires, wants and dreams, but rarely do we allow ourselves to reach out and set our minds to attain them.
